Cary Lamar Tanksley, 30, of Ocala, Florida, transitioned to his heavenly resting place on August 19th , 2021. Cary was a graduate of West Port High School ( Class of 2010 ). He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Central Florida. Cary became a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 2021. Cary brought joy to everyone around him with his billion-dollar smile and his positive, uplifting attitude. Cary had a humble spirt, however his presence never failed to command the attention of others whenever he walked into a room. Cary had a heart of gold; He always saw the good in people and loved helping anyone who asked him in any compacity. Cary was a loving husband, who would do anything for his wife. He was family oriented and loved attending family dinners and family gatherings. Cary enjoyed cooking and grilling; He would often joke about being a grill master. Cary spent most of his life working extremely hard to achieve the things that he saw fit for himself and his beautiful, loving family. Cary was proud of everything that he accomplished no matter how big, little, or small. To Cary it was just a self-reminder that he could do it all.
