Courtney Ray Adams

On January 27, 2026, Courtney Ray Adams was called home to be with the Lord.

Courtney was born on March 30, 1973, in Ocala, Florida. He received his formal education in Marion County, Florida, and proudly graduated from Forest High School in 1993.

Courtney was a loving son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He will always be remembered for his amazing smile, creativity, big heart, and unforgettable personality. His presence brought joy and laughter to those who knew and loved him.

Courtney leaves to cherish his precious memories his devoted mother, Roberta Adams; siblings Albert Douglas, Linda Johnson, Ella Franklin (Reginald), Eric Adams, and Melissa Anderson (Richard); along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and dear friends.

Courtney was preceded in death by his father, Jessie Adams, and his brother, Terrance Adams.

He held a special place in his heart for his nieces Elliayh and Keniayh Shuman, and his aunt Deborah Bentley.
