Courtney was the youngest of 3 siblings, he was a kind and gentle soul but he was known as being the protector of his younger relatives when deemed necessary.
Courtney received his education from Hillcrest, Ocala, FL;Walker Spivey, Fayetteville, NC, and graduated from MoanaluaHigh School, Honolulu, HI
He traveled the United States with his mother while she was active duty US Army stationed at following locations: Ft. Bragg, NC; Ft Carson, CO; Tripler, HI; Ft Lewis, WA
Courtney hobbies included playing video games (Farming Simulator), watching football (Baltimore Ravens & Miami Hurricanes) and watching Pro Wrestling (WWE, NXT, & AEW).
He leaves to cherish his loving memory: Mother, Sharon Brown Coaxum; Sister, Carlore Brown; Brother, preceded in death Terry Brown; Nephews, Daon & Jeremy; Aunts, Rena (Jimmy)Roberts, Debra Wooden, Karen (Wesley) Woodberry, Darlene Wilson and Wilma Chisholm; Uncles, Darry (Emma) Brown, Jerome (Ann) Brown, Ricky Bernard, Greg Bernard (Trish), Jeffrey Wilson, Vernon (Fannie) Bernard; Nathaniel Bernard; Great Aunts, Rosa (Sam) Gathers, & Evelena (Jimmy) Troop; Great Uncle, Wallace (Janelle) Boone; a special cousin Michelle Wooden, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Preceded him in death: Grandparents: Lorine and TB Bernard; Godparents: Millard and Helen Wilson; Aunt: Ann Bernard, Favorite Aunt Dirann Bernard and Favorite Uncle Michael Bernard.
