Dexter will forever be remembered by his wife, Dorothy E Rowe. Children Tashika L Woods and Dexter B Rowe, husband of Chrissie Rowe and Son-in-law Khalis Woods. Grandchildren Khalil, Tamaya, Sophia, Kira and Anthony Rowe. Siblings, Lorena Rowe, Philip Rowe, Anna Cole, Roger Rowe, siblings from Pinnock family, beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. 
Dexter joined his parents and brother Danny Rowe on the awaiting of Christ return.
