Frances McCleary

Frances McCleary, was born on December 7, 1947, to the late Jimmy Sceal, Sr., and Beatrice William Sceal. Frances attended the Lake County Public School System and was employed with Ruleme Nursing and Rehab Center. Frances was preceded in death by brothers; Carl Sceal, Jimmy Sceal, Jr., Franklin Sceal; sisters, Melissa Sceal, Doretha Sceal and parents, Beatrice William Sceal and Jimmy Sceal, Sr. Frances is survived by daughter, Catherine Sceal Mac; grands and great-grands, Keyombe Sceal, Devante Carthers (deceased), Vianca Pace, Johnne Smith, Iberia Smith, John Smith IV, Deniah Carthers, Torrence Williams, Jailah Washington, Attaria Jenkins, Azaria Jenkins and Jazariah Pollock.
