Those left to cherish her memory include five children: Lottie Louise (Clinton) Allen, of Woodridge, Virginia, Jeanette Shatrice Ray of Dunnellon, Florida, Kimberly Caraleen Ray, of Ocala, Florida, Leon Ray Jr. (Georgia) of Dunnellon, Florida, and Andre Ray of Dunnellon, Florida; five siblings: Lester McLendon Jr., of St. Petersburg, Florida, Mamie (Tommy) Burnell of Williamson, New York, Betty McLendon, Zoe Gail McLendon, Vivian McLendon, and Nathaniel McLendon of Dunnellon Florida, five sisters-in-law: Dr. Albertha Ray, Joan Fenlayson, Dr. Brenda (Grant) Parham, Dr. Merceda Stanley, and Pastor Dorothy Sutton; two brothers-in-law: Clarence (Clara) Ray and Pastor Bruce (Cloud) Ray; grandchildren: Christina Gates, Glenn Gates, Jr., Deontay White, Kimora White, Steffan Ray, Anishia Ray, Shakesa Gaines, Wilburt Gaines, Trayvon Ray, Devon Ray, Brittany Ray, Tony Ray, Shanique Battle, Brianna Allen, Leon Ray, and Leann Ray; great-grandchildren Antowan Thaggard, Paris Thaggard, London Thaggard, Maya Peacock, Dennis Peacock, Amari Allen, Arianna Allen, Ayvah Allen, Kayson Ray, and Baileigh Ray; two aunts: Ethel Mae Townsend and Barbara Townsend; and, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
