Leroy Hilbert was born on October 13, 1942, in White Oak, Georgia, to Eva Mae Hilbert and the late Bay Hilbert. He received his education at Belleview Santos High School and dedicated his adult life to hard work and dedication until his retirement.
Leroy treasured his green John Deere lawn mower, alongside his beloved dogs and cats. He is survived by his mother, Eva Mae Hilbert, who is 101 years old, and his daughter, Molly Charmaine Huff (predeceased by Frank Huff), his three grandchildren: La’ShanequaMonique Cooper, ChimeshiaSha’Quavia Thomas, and the late Ja’Quard Kyree Cuyler, and his eight great-grandchildren: JaNiyla Douglas, Ja’KiylaDouglas, Ja’Ziyah Cuyler, Harnajah K. Carrie, Llyveah M. Lawson, Kyree Ja’Quard Carrie, Anthany N. Brown Jr., and Harnilya P. Carrie. Additionally, Leroy is survived by his brothers, Willie Hilbert and Oscar Kimble Sr. (Gloria Kimble), as well as his late brother, Johnny Hilbert Sr(Estella Hilbert), and a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins, and mourning friends also survive him, ensuring his legacy endures.
