norma Jean was raised in Umatilla, where she received her elementary and high school education. Norma was known for her gift of cosmetology; she always made the ladies look nice.
She is preceded in death by her sister Felecia Hill.
She leaves to cherish her precious memories: two sons, Brandon O. Fisher of Umatilla and Terry E. Smith; one daughter, Emily A. Fisher of Mt. Dora, FL; five grandchildren; parents, Norman and Emma Fisher, both of Umatilla; one sister, Karen Ingraham of Boston, MA; two brothers, Ricky L. (Patricia) Fisher of Mt. Dora, FL, and Tony L. Fisher of Umatilla, FL; four aunts, Janie (Charles) Johnson of Jersey City, NJ, Betty (Kenny) Gilyard of Eustis, FL, Sharon Weatherspoon of Umatilla, FL, and Christine Weatherspoon of Umatilla, FL; two uncles, James (Lena) Weatherspoon and Bernard Weatherspoon of Umatilla, FL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and sorrowing friends and a special friend Terry Smith, Sr.
