Pauline Anastasia Marjorie Neill was called by the Lord peacefully at her home, with family by her side, on Monday, December 16, 2024.
Pauline was born on October 25, 1936 in Kingston, Jamaica to Violet and Oswald Neill. The 3rd child of 6, she is predeceased by her parents and brothers Dennis, John, and Gladstone. Pauline is survived by her sister Doreen and brother Aubyn. She loved her children greatly - Peter (deceased), Angela (Desta), and Harry. Family was the pivotal essence of Pauline’ s life. She was proud and honoured to be the matriarch, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to our large family.
Pauline loved music, dancing, and travel. She was always singing in her garden or paint studio. She also found peace and joy in the process of making things beautiful. Her passport was always current and she made much use of it. Pauline wanted to be remembered as a prayer warrior, for her creativity, as being both loving and giving, laughing a lot and being thankful for everything. She had a divine relationship with God and was blessed with this peace until her death.
Pauline will be forever remembered for her beautiful smile, gentle eyes, caring heart, loving embrace and unconditional love. She has left a permanent mark etched on our hearts and will be supremely missed by her family and friends. Although our hearts are heavy, we celebrate her life and find comfort that she is in heaven watching over us.
