He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife Gloria Biggs, children Tracey Landers, Liquona Biggs, Tamekka Biggs, Phillip Biggs Jr, Andrea Austin, Shayla Cooper, Sasha Fulmore and Summer Cooper, as well as a host of grands, relatives and sorrowing friends.
