Carter of Charleston, SC, Anthony Carter of St. Augustine, FL, Vincell Carter of Gainesville, FL, Donovin Carter and Vincent Carter, Jr. of Ocala, FL; two daughters: Briyanna Carter and Charmaine “Baby Girl” Carter both of Ocala, FL; four grandchildren; five sisters: Karla Carter of Fayetteville, NC, Karen (Demetrius) Williams of Charlotte, NC, Kristy Brooks of Gainesville, FL, Daphne Williams and Deidre Williams of both of Columbus, GA; one brother: Rodney Williams of Columbus, GA; two very special brothers: Lavoid George and Efrin George; five aunts: Mary Carter, Bessie Carter, Rosa Bivins, Queen Carter Sims all of Ocala, FL and Carolyn (Carl) Wade of Trenton, NJ and a host of cousins and sorrowing friends.
