Willie Mae’s well lived life of faithful service has touched countless lives. She leaves behind a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Over the years she has accumulated numerous adopted children and grandchildren to whom she is affectionately known as “Granny”. Some of whom are Bennie and Joe Simpkins, Dr. Keisha Lowery, Patience and Kaleb Lowery, Juanita Myles-Hamilton, Derrick Samuels (Sybil), Derrick Samuels, Jr., Trinity Samuels, Sherrie Leath, OB Samuels, Jr., Dr. Brandon Boyd, Bryce Duncan, Joanie Bowles-Watts and her church family at Zion United Methodist.
